let me think... what was March?
I suspect it was all about work, as is most of my life! Work, cooking, singing... that's about it! That said, I invited a few friends over for afternoon tea to feed them some cupcakes and discuss wedding plans. Katherine and Scott were looking for someone to cater the evening part of their wedding reception. They had gotten quotes but, being Geneva, they were appropriately horrified by the prices with which they were presented. I took a different view: I asked them how much they wanted to spend. They told me, and I gave them some ideas of what I could do for them within that price range. So, I got the job and got to feed friends. Good stuff. 13 March
A happy day for me, as my brother Dave came to town. Yay! This time too, for a couple of days, so I got to spend a real bit of time with him, around our mutual meeting schedules. We checked out some of the better bits of architecture in Geneva, and ate some good food, as ya do. |
